It was nice Inn. Only thing is I didn't have a tap for water you can only get it from the bathroom otherwise the beds were fine was all good
Great place to stay for a couple of nights - big room, clean and tidy. Hairdryer, shampoo and a small container of milk for tea- great! The swimming pool was a bit cool so lovely to swim in after a day in the sun.
The rooms were good and clean 5star for that but the hospitality was very very poor.. our arrival was midnight.. my husband had co ordinated with them about our arrival to which they said we will keep the keys near the reception... when we arrived we received the paper work at the reception but not the keys.. we had to call them and inform them to which the man did arrive to give us the keys after 20 mins despite he was in the same hotel.. but the apology was said with a blank face which was certainly understood he did not mean it at all.. and while we were checking out met the same guy but did not even look at us .. nor the receptionist apologised for what we had gone through.. would not want to come back here again..
An odd, oldish feeling resonated while in the hotel : I wonder how it was awarded with 3+ stars.Staff was gentle, but not friendly or helpful - we got a "by the way, you can also look it up on Google" while asking for things to do.
As always, Steve, Jamie and staff were the consummate hosts. Having been to several weddings and other social events at the Presidential over the years and have constantly found that the service and facilities provided are excellent. It would have been 5 stars except for the inability to order the steak cooked to my requirements.
