Hosts very welcoming and friendly. Can see some work has been done, very dated but with your own individual ensuite that is a great advantage. Dog free play park enclosed another plus. Could do with a bit more tidying up and cleaning but being a bit dated that's to be expected. A great place to stay and very reasonably prices. Well be back.

Superb location...!Very cordial and friendly staffs!Beautiful front view of the whole town from the property as if you are watching from the terrace!At the back you can see the beautiful blue lake from a lookout!It has got a pool & gym access as well for the guests!5 on 5! Highly Recommended!
View was lovely, Rooms were tidy, but outdated, has a small minibar, 2 movie channels, clean beds with fresh sheets. Grout in Bathroom NEEDS a good bleaching. Would Not recommend for young families for more than an overnight stay. Receptionist seemed uninterested and didn't smile. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: ALL Staff (you included) need to be reminded they work in hospitality, Excellent Customer Service is indispensable, you are selling an experience for those staying away from their homes. Being rude and talking back to Customers when the staff is in the wrong is not acceptable. Blunt and inconsiderate comments from staff, mold in shower, and lackluster Customer Service will see us staying elsewhere in the future.
We originally booked a standard room but on seeing how small it was we upgraded to the next size. Whilst reasonably clean, apart from around the door out to the balcony, the furniture and fittings are definitely showing their age and a bit shabby. Location is just a short walk up from town and away from main roads, so reasonably quiet.
