it was a good and cheap solution for a quick stay. Lance who was at front desk was an awesome individual. he did his best to share the vest knowledge. location was also good easily accessible
Very spacious rooms, unfortunately don't expect to dry & dress in the bathroom & fan not working. Paint peeling from the roof, & don't expect to get a cooked breakfast.

*WARNING* do not stay, this owner is very rude, and yes we meet him face to face, rude about arriving after 930pm, with this when asked "do u want milk" as we didn't want to upset him more our reply was "no thank you"..I would never stay here again, the sites pics ARE NOT ACTUALLY TRUE, we stayed in no. 1 and so disappointed, my partner chose to not go the cheapest but I thought he had...owner u need to be more polite, upgrade ur rooms, it's just the little things that make a big difference, we travelled all day and needed a stay over, I was horrified at ur attitude when we arrived, the site was quick to take our money, wobbly side tables, couldn't put anything on them, this business has so much potential...I would have loved for GORDON RAMSEY to pop up and scream & swear at u, u really need a shake up...EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED, WILL NOT STAY AGAIN...owner I have read ur reviews and U seem to justify all the bad reviews, THIS IS NOT UR CALLING MATE, SELL AND LET SOMEONE RUN THIS LIKE IT SHOULD BE!...wireless ...I'm still searching for it...outdated furniture, didn't even use shower as we only stayed from midnight to 9am..over priced for this ugly, depressing room
If you want somewhere to stay in Mount Gambier thats spacious, has heaps of parking for horse floats or large vehicles and allows pets, this is an easy option. Friendly staff and reasonable prices are a bonus as well.
