Worst experience ever, they are not good colourist, they lack skills in communication and ruined my Hair 2 years ago. Upon giving feedback I was abruptly talked over and made to feel like an absolute nobody after handing over $225 for an absolute hair dying gone terribly wrong experience.. I then got my hair cut short to get the colour cut out. Again Ive learned they did the exact same thing to my friend last week.. if only i knew i would have told her not to use Red Ivy.. i learned the same as my experience that the manager had zero interest in listening to feedback. Very very disappointing to know they are still doing the same routine while messing up ppls hair.

I booked an appointment for 3:15 & when I got there I was told I would have to wait an extra 10 minutes for the hairdresser. After waiting an extra 20 minutes I asked if I would be served soon & the receptionist replied that I would be attended to in roughly 5-10 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes I walked out. The only times they communicated with me was when I approached them & they offered minimal apologies while others who walked in the door were tended to straight away.
