If it had been your hair would have been dry by the time you sat in my chair. There was no mention of curly hair, this would not have been an issue for me. I had a discussion with you about the matted knots that covered the back of your hair, and what would be involved with clearing them before I could start to give you a haircut. You were not comfortable with the extra cost involved with this, and asked for me to cut the top of your hair and leave the back as it is with the matted hair. I explained that this was not not the way it is done.It is disappointing that you were not respectful of my professionalism or understanding of the basic requirements for a good service, and I hope you have found a hairdresser that can meet your needs.
Waited over 90 minutes to be questioned about when my hair was washed... it was still wet, then made comments, too curly, too knotty. Absolute joke, avoid undoubtably.
