Lazy and poor-quality service. I've put multiple complaints into the relevant office concerning rowdy, loud and disruptive tenants of their office, and have only received solpsism filled emails, promising a "definite fix to the issue", which has never occured. Damaged property, weekly parties, disgusting conditions, weekly police visits, nothing seems to move the agency to any sort of action.The proverbial icing on the cake was when I decided to contact the landlord of the property, who promptly told me that they had received not a single word of notice regarding any poor behaviour or damage to the property.One of, if not the worst agencies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you plan on selling or renting out your property, I urge you to consider ANY other real-estate.
I originally posted this on their Facebook page, however, the reviews section was removed. This would be a negative star rating if allowed. WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL LANDLORDS. Disgusting service which lacked professionalism, ethics and knowledge. Their uncaring, dismissive nature towards my properties was astounding. Comments from their representative (Matthew Kain) to the tune of "we have enough landlords, we don't need your business", "After Hours service is only for life and death (2 inches of water inside the home doesn't count)" and "We don't have a contract and can do as we see fit" show the limited understanding of business. Property Management contracts were completely ignored. I would not recommend any future landlords utilising this business as they do not have the capability to manage properties effectively.
We listed our house for sale with Marika at Complete Real Estate earlier in the year. It can be stressful selling, but Marika made the process flow as only a true professional can. Her communication skills were always fantastic (no waiting around for updates after inspections/opens) and she negotiated well on our behalf. We had to sell quickly due to moving interstate for work and she as able to find a buyer within our timeframe requirements. We would highly recommend Marika to anyone looking at buying or selling.
