Oven broke down. Customers were not advised of a delay. No compensation given.i e. Free drinks, garlic bread etc.
Definitely one of the better domino's I've been to, if you use the online codes it actually works out reasonably well priced as well.
The Mount Gambier store makes up its own rules. They delivered to our house, within the Mount Gambier City limits for two years - no problem. Their online system even also allows this. Then suddenly decided they will only deliver to the caravan park and no further (we share a boundry with them - I can touch thier stone wall).So if I want to get Pizza delivered I need to get it delivered to the caravan park and walk there to collect it - Mad ridiculous rules - I hope someone from head office read this and talks to the store.They ended up delivering - inidcated it wouldnt happen again.Pizza was flipped in box.
Not happy... Ordered BBQ Chicken and bacon add beef got pizza was just warm with very little toppings... Cheesy garlic bread was cold and cheese was burnt on the base off the bread..
Pizza is good, service is abysmal. However.. it receives it 4 star redemption because if you go at a later hour, you will be greeted by an elderly lady who has far too much time on her hands and therefore provides excellent service. She is lovely. Makes good pizza too.Would eat again, but only late.
