09.10.2018 - I booked the taxi the day before arriving by bus from Ballarat. I called them en-route to confirm - "all was good with my booking" and the staff where excellent. The female driver was lovely and arrived at the Information Centre on time. She took me the direct route of getting to the Blue Lake, instead of the "scenic route" which other's may take you. Mind you, I did have my map of which way I wanted the taxi driver to take me. She passed the test. Well done and thank you very much.
Waited over an hour for a cab they said would arrive in 10 minutes, taxis are a joke. When will Uber arrive in this town....?

Had to 3 times to find out where the taxi was. Pretty ordinary service for a town like this. Lucky to even get one star!! Lift your game!! Very disappointed customers!!
