My Kia Cerato broke down on the way from Adelaide to mt gambier. I had to call RAA who advised the alternator was faulty after 387,000 kms. I phoned the local Kia dealer OGR Kia in mt gambier and spoke to the service Manager Matt who arranged an overnight part from Melbourne and made a time to fit it. Excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Matt, your friendly manner and will do attitude to a visitor who was stranded should be recognised by your Management team.Regards peter cz
