Just got some Chicken Nuggets and 2 ice creams the dog loved the nuggets Hubby and I loved the ice creams
Consistently the slowest McDonalds in history. Ordered hot cakes and water at 8:30am and asked to go to waiting bay. Asked which one and the lady at window was confused, Um just the next one.... guy comes to car with wrong meal. 70% of the time forget sauce with meals. Oh and then the hot cakes were half out of the box when they finally came. This specific McDonalds can never get the basics right.
They did a great job on the coffee and good service too. But come on 'Big M' ! you really do need to lift your game on the managing of waste- very little real recycling, lots of plastic straws, heaps of food waste straight into general rubbish!! You guys should be leading the way on creating a no-waste society and a environmental fast food restaurant service.............
Ordered a happy meal for our son and when he opened it, it was missing his cheeseburger. Our son is autistic and he started to have a massive meltdown. My husband drove back to McDonalds to explain that the cheeseburger was missing. The woman at the counter did not believe my husband and continued to ask him patronising questions like we are some kind of evil adults who are trying to trick a multi million corporation into giving us a free cheeseburger for our autistic son. It took some convincing on my husbands behalf to explain to the dim witted human in front of him, that it was missing, we didnt make it up, could we please have it as we paid for it. I wonder if McDonalds treats all its customers like this, or just families with children with special needs???
A very knowledgeable young lady whos name was Brianna served me she knew her products and had an excellent manner. Not pushy allowed me time to absorb all the information and make an informed choice. Offered me a deal that was tailored to my circumstances, for which I thank her and her boss.
