Very nice food but they didn't serve me what I ordered. I ordered a filet mignon, meat blue, was supposed to come with red wine jus. When the waitress brought my meal, she told me the chef thought the meat would be better if it was cooked more, it was cooked to medium rare, which is nothing like blue. Secondly, they gave me an eye fillet, with no sauce. They did take the cost if the meal off the bill but they seriously need to consider if someone orders something, that's what should come out. Also, if a chef decides a cut of meat is better cooked a certain way, which is different to what was ordered, then the chef needs to come out of the kitchen and talk to the customer to discuss it (or a representative of the chef, if they are busy). As mentioned, the meal tasted very nice but it also took 1.5 hours. We arrived at 6pm, the meal didn't come out until just after 7:30pm. They did serve lovely bread with oil, vinegar and dukkah, at no charge, though.
Delicious food with reasonable prices and friendly staff
Seating only for 40 people makes this a pleasure if you are not into crowds. Unique menu if want to try something different. Worth a visit even if just for the experience of good food.
